Take a pan add 2 cup water and bring it to boil then add tomatoes and lid it for 5 minutes.
Now after 5 minutes remove from the flame and peel the skin of tomatoes.
Then blend it by adding 1 cup of water
Now take a kadai add ghee and keep on flame.
When.ghee is enough hot add hing, cumin, mustard and curry patta.
Now add turmeric powder then add onion and tomatoes and saute for 2 minutes.
Then add crushed garlic and again cook.
Now add blend tomatoes dhaniya jeera powder.
Add red chilli powder and mix well.
Keep stirring and cook for next 5 minutes then add chopped coriander leaves.
In last add grated coconut and remove from flame.
Serve it hot .
